    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 4309--A Bill to amend and reenact §61-6-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to permitting a person holding a concealed weapons permit to keep a firearm in his or her motor vehicle upon the grounds of the State Capitol Complex if the vehicle is locked and the firearm is out of normal view.
